Sebas and Nerea
Hi Sebas and Nerea
We hope that you are having a great time in France.
We have started unit 11, which deals with WORK. So far, we have practised vocabulary. Words with definitions in English: all the jobs in the yellow box on page 130; plus "curriculum vitae", "letter of application", "application form", "referees" (p. 132). You can fill in an application form (again) if you click here and download the form. It should be fun! Do vocabulary activities in the workbook and the listening exercise on the page opening the unit in the workbook.
We also dealt with money. You will be given a handout with a crossword and other words. Find the definitions of the words from the yellow box in your coursebook in an English-English dictionary.
We practised Conditional sentences. Notice the structure for the mixed conditional sentences and practise in these websites.
